I was born in beautiful St. George, Utah, and carry a legacy of real estate through my bloodline. My grandmother, Ann Cox Hawkes, was the first woman broker in Washington County, Utah, and my father, Roger Osness Jr., was an agent, developer, general contractor, and true entrepreneur.

Since 2018, I have worked as a Luxury Real Estate Advisor, helping clients not only find homes but create lives of intention and alignment. With a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a deep love for this desert community, I bring both expertise and heart to every client relationship.

Alongside real estate, I am devoted to wellness and inner transformation. Through sound journeys, theta practices, and visualization work, I guide individuals to access clarity, peace, and new perspectives. This work naturally complements my real estate practice—because finding a home is not just about square footage, but about creating spaces that support wellbeing, purpose, and joy.

As a mom of four, I cherish time with my family, hiking desert trails, camping under the stars, and visiting our local lakes. I believe the desert is a place of healing and possibility, and I’m passionate about helping others experience both.
